Recap from 1st Half Coaches Meetings
1. We have agreed to allow our 10U, 12U and 13+ Divisions to continue to use a 4th outfielder for the remainder of the season and the End Of Season Tournament. (However, we ask that you only use the 4th outfielder as an outfielder not a Rover) The Rover position is used for SLO-Pitch softball not Fast pitch. This rule will be changed for the Fall Season and beyond to play only 3 outfielders and conform to ASA rules.
2. All-Star Evaluations - Each Head Coach/Manager is required to Evaluate all potential ALL-STARS during the 2nd half of the season. These Evaluations must be done at a time when you are not actively coaching. You must attend and Evaluate in games your team is not playing. There will be an official tracking sheet at the Snack Stand beginning on Saturday 4/17. Each time you Evaluate you must sign and date on the tracking sheet. This must be verified and signed by a Board Member at the time of the Evaluation.
If you fail to complete this process, you will not be eligible to Vote for ALL-STARS.

Our End Of Season Tournament will be in a double elimination format and will start on the week of May 10th.
We have games scheduled from Monday – Saturday ending with our Closing Ceremonies @ 4:00pm Saturday May 15th.
We will be posting a link soon, that will have the End Of Season Tournament format and game times.

Once again we thank all the Coaches/Team Moms and Scorekeepers for their time and effort this season.
We have had a very competitive 1st half of the season and we are expecting an even better 2nd half.
Your contributions are invaluable.
We appreciate you and so do your players and parents, even if they never tell you.
